📖 How to activate your eSIM

Follow these simple steps to successfully activate your eSIM.

⚠️ Before you start

Please check the following before activating your eSIM:

Your phone must be factory unlocked (not locked to a carrier).
Your device must support eSIM technology (dial *#06# to check for EID).
A stable Wi-Fi connection is strictly required for installation.

📧 Get activation details by email

Immediately after purchase, you will receive an email with everything you need: 1-click installation links, a QR code image, and manual activation details (SM-DP+ address and activation code).

⚠️ Do not delete the email — you will need it for activation.

📲 Install eSIM (Choose one of 3 ways)

We recommend installing your eSIM 1-2 days before traveling on a home Wi-Fi. The data package won't start consuming until you arrive abroad.

🚀 Option A: 1-Click Installation (Fastest)

Open the email directly from your phone and click the button for your OS (Install on iPhone or Install on Android). The system will automatically load the settings.

📸 Option B: Scan QR Code

If you have a second device (computer, tablet), open the code on it and scan it using your phone settings:

🍎 iPhone: Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM → Scan QR Code

🤖 Android: Settings → Network → SIM cards → Add eSIM → Scan QR Code

✍️ Option C: Manual Entry (Without second screen)

Go to the eSIM settings on your phone, choose 'Enter Details Manually', and copy-paste the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code from your email.

🌍 Enable Data Roaming upon arrival

When you arrive at your destination, activate the eSIM profile from settings and make sure to turn on data roaming:

🍎 iPhone: Settings → Mobile Data → select eSIM → enable Data Roaming

🤖 Android: Settings → Network → SIM cards → select eSIM → enable Roaming

✅ Done! You now have high-speed internet without extra charges.

💡 Useful tips

NEVER delete your eSIM profile after installation — once deleted, it cannot be recovered or scanned again.
Install the eSIM while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
Set mobile data default to the new eSIM when you arrive.
Check consumption: Use the link from the second email to see your remaining data in real-time.
