📖 How to activate your eSIM

Follow these 3 simple steps to activate your eSIM.

⚠️ Before you start

Please check the following before activating your eSIM:

Your phone must support eSIM.
The device must not be carrier locked.
If unsure, check if Add eSIM appears in your settings.

📧 Receive your QR code by email

After a successful order, you will receive an email with a QR code for your eSIM package. Save the email or take a screenshot of the QR code before you travel.

⚠️ Do not delete the email — you will need it for activation.

📱 Scan the QR code over Wi-Fi

Connect to Wi-Fi and go to your phone settings:

🍎 iPhone: Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM → Scan QR code

🤖 Android: Settings → Network → SIM cards → Add eSIM → Scan QR code

⚠️ Activate the eSIM before you leave or on Wi-Fi at your destination.

📱 If you're buying from the same phone

If you purchased the eSIM on the phone where you'll install it:

Open the email on a laptop, tablet or another phone and scan the QR code.
If your device supports manual eSIM entry, you can use that instead of the QR code.

🌍 Enable Data Roaming upon arrival

When you arrive at your destination, enable mobile data for your eSIM:

🍎 iPhone: Settings → Mobile Data → select eSIM → enable Data Roaming

🤖 Android: Settings → Network → SIM cards → select eSIM → enable Roaming

✅ Done! You now have internet without extra charges.

💡 Useful tips

Install the eSIM while connected to Wi-Fi.
Do not delete the eSIM after a successful installation.
A QR code can usually only be used once.
Save the email you received.
